CHMI is a hub at UC Berkeley linking the deep understanding of incentives in economics, behavioral economics in particular, with new and powerful AI technologies allowing unprecedented prediction and insight.
CHMI supports the broader applied innovation ecosystem with academic and industry fellows who bring keen insights into key problems and opportunities in healthcare. The center hosts conferences that bring together the top academics in health policy, economics, AI, computer science, biostatistics, and other disciplines to share research and methods.
